By accessing or using JomCard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JomCard is a namecard management platform that allows users to store business cards digitally and retrieve contacts using AI-powered natural language search.

3. Account Registration

To use JomCard, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payment

JomCard operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds on unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with other users' access
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to JomCard, including business card images and extracted contact information. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any personal data in JomCard.

7. AI Processing

JomCard uses artificial intelligence to extract information from business card images and to power search features. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. AI-generated extractions may contain errors — you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data.

8. Intellectual Property

JomCard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JomCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
